Producing a
Supplementary Invoice
7. Introduction
A supplementary invoice can only be raised after the 8main9 invoice has been printed. Any number of
supplementary invoices can be raised on a single vehicle stock record.
Supplementary invoices are raised to charge items not included on the 8main9 invoice.
Usually, supplementary invoices are used to make charges to the driver of the vehicle where the details are
different to the invoice account details. This can happen when the vehicle is being funded by a third party or
when the vehicle is being paid for by the driver9s employer.
Supplementary invoices can be used to make charges that were missed on the main invoice as an alternative to
crediting and re-invoicing the deal.
