STEP 26
Go to the Identity tab.
Check the A/c status has gone to I – Invoiced.
If the status is not at I – Invoiced this is usually an indication that not all the lines on the
Specification tab have been invoiced.
Either a Supplementary invoice will need to be raised or the Main invoice will need to be
credited and re-invoiced with all the lines on the Specification tab set to invoice.
STEP 27
If a Supplementary Invoice is required refer to process 06.004.01 L1 Printing a Supplementary
Invoice.
After the invoice has been printed go back to STEP 26 to check the A/c Status of the vehicle
record.
STEP 28
Click on the
icon to save the changes to the vehicle stock record.
