Clicking on the Error icon will display the information window shown below.
The information window will give a list of Error messages and a list of Warning messages.
The Errors must be corrected before the invoice can be produced.
The Warnings do not need to be corrected before the invoice can be produced.
Click on OK to continue and make the required corrections or changes.
When the Errors have been corrected repeat the steps above from STEP 17.
STEP 21
If the vehicle had not been taken to the Status of A – Adopted the system will display the
window below
It is normal practise to adopt the vehicle at this stage, click on Yes to continue.
Agreeing to change the adoption date will create the accounts postings associated with the
adoption of the vehicle.
If the vehicle has already been adopted this window will not be displayed.
