If there is a trade-in, go to the Finance tab and check that it has been created and is attached
to the main record.
Up to three trade-ins can be attached to the 8prime9 vehicle record.
Check that the values for the trade-in are correct, namely:

HP owing
Over-allowance
Net-allowance
If any values are not correct, right click on the relevant trade-in line and select Edit Trade-in.
Make the necessary changes and click on
icon.

The Trade-In cannot be set up on the vehicle record until the CRM customer link has been
created – see STEP 3 for further details on creating the CRM customer link.
