A list of the available non recoverable costs is displayed on the left hand side of the window
shown below. In the case below the NR Cost option field is set to Non-Recoverable Options
and cannot be changed as there are no other option types available. If other NR Cost options
are available the required category can be selected by clicking on the drop down which will
appear to the right of this field (but not showing in the window below).
The costs that have been added to the vehicle stock record show to the right.
Non recoverable costs are added to the vehicle by double left clicking on the line to be added
in the column of available costs (on the left of the window above).
Non recoverable costs can be deleted from the vehicle by right clicking on the relevant line and
clicking on Delete line.
If the required option does not exist it is possible to use one of the other option lines (provided
the line has the correct Analysis code as this can9t be changed here) and overtype the
description. See STEP 4 for further details about how this is done.
A 8W9 in the column to the left of the Estimated cost column indicates that the work will be done
by the Workshop. This 8W is known as the Source code.
The Estimated cost and the Source code can be changed if necessary, see STEP 4 for further
details.
