Recoverable Costs
5. Introduction
The details of the non recoverable costs are on the Cost Details tab.
The non recoverable costs are the costs which are added to the vehicle but do not increase the sales invoice
value, they are costs that are coming out of the profit on the 8deal9 for the vehicle. The cleaning and pre delivery
inspection costs are usually non recoverable costs.
The non recoverable cost options are set up in Franchise Data so any errors within the data, although it can
usually be corrected on the vehicle stock record, it usually needs to be corrected in Franchise Data.
If non recoverable costs are not available for a particular variant then this indicates that Franchise Data may not
be set up correctly.
