Changes can be made to the Source code, Estimated cost, (Sales) Invoice value and the
Description of the option.
To make a change to any of these, right click on the relevant line (only after the line is in the
right hand column, this will not work if it has not yet been selected onto the vehicle) and click
on Amend / Display line.
The fields in green (below) can now be changed.
Note: The Analysis code which determines the accounts postings for the cost of the line
cannot be changed.
The fields in green can be changed by using the drop down to the left of the field and selecting
the required value or by over-typing the value or description already in the field.
The description on Warranty lines must not be changed here – the correct warranty line would
need to be set up in Franchise Data if it didn9t already exist.
Click OK to save the changes to the option.
