Adding Recoverable
Costs
4. Introduction
The recoverable costs are the costs added to the vehicle and are usually sold onto the customer, thus they
normally increase the sales invoice value of the vehicle.
Details of the recoverable costs available are held on the Specification tab.
The recoverable costs are set up in Franchise Data so any errors within the data, although it can be corrected in
the vehicle stock record, potentially needs to be corrected in Franchise Data.
If the recoverable cost option is not available for a particular variant then this indicates that Franchise Data is not
set up correctly.
