Vehicle Stock Books.
Vehicle Administration.
Search for and load the required vehicle stock record. Refer to process 06.006.01 L1
Searching for & Opening a Previously Created Vehicle Record.
Put the vehicle into Edit (Amend) mode.
STEP 2
Go to the Purchase Brief tab.
The adoption date will already have defaulted in to the Adoption Date field, check the date is
correct and change it if necessary.
To change the date, highlight the date field and enter the correct date.
This is the D in the DSS rule.
