If the costs are incorrect and it has been established that the information on the vehicle record
needs to be corrected, right click on the line that needs to be corrected (on the Specification
tab). Select Amend/Display line.
The Vehicle Specification Line (shown below) is now available for any changes to be made.
Changes can be made to any of the fields in green.
To change the cost so that it agrees to the consignment note, left click into the field Estimated
cost. Enter the correct value and press tab.
If necessary, a change can be made to the selling price by left clicking in the Invoice value and
entering the correct selling price.
Click on OK to go back to the Specification tab.
