The Specification tab shows the sales values (usually the Manufacturers Recommended Retail
Price), purchase costs and the vehicle delivery charges.
Available Options.
Lines to be invoiced.
The vehicle price and delivery charges are automatically brought through from the information
held in Franchise Data.
The column headed 8Value9 is the price that is going to be invoiced to the customer on the Main
or Supplementary invoices at a later stage. The column headed 8Cost9 is the cost of the items
that will be charged to the dealership on the manufacturer9s invoice. Step 6 shows the way that
these values can be adjusted if they are not correct.
Any Factory Fitted options can now be added to the vehicle by double clicking the option in the
column to the left of the window. Once selected in this way the option will move to the right
into the section 8Lines to be invoiced9. Refer to the process 06.001.02 L1 Adding Factory
Options.
A search tool for the options is available in the bottom left hand corner of the window. A
minimum of three characters must be used followed by clicking Return on the keyboard. If
there is more than one option which matches the search click Return again to go to the next
match.
