The Vehicle Specification/Prices window will be displayed.
Check the list price of the vehicle is correct. The list price shown is the manufacturer9s
recommended retail price before Vat. If there is more than one list price for the vehicle each
price will all be displayed on a separate line in the window shown above. Select the correct list
price by highlighting the relevant line with the cursor.
The correct price for the vehicle 8options9 is achieved by inserting the correct 8Actual date
effective9 in the lower right corner of the window. Once the date has been selected the system
will look at the options in Franchise Data and determine which prices are to be used for the rest
of the order. This date can be changed on the Specification tab later if necessary.
If the list price of the vehicle is not correct, continue by clicking OK and change the price on the
Specification tab later. In this instance make the relevant person aware that the price in
Franchise Data is not correct and that it might need to be changed.
If the price is correct click OK.
Once OK has been selected all the other tabs in the window can be accessed.
