Select Vehicle Stock Books.
Select Vehicle Administration.

Check/Confirm the system is in the New Vehicle stock book.
.
Select New on the toolbar.
Confirm it is a New vehicle stock record to be created by clicking on Yes.
The system will allocate the record with the next sequential stock number which has the prefix
8N9 indicating it is a new vehicle stock book record.
