9021 Consignment Stock
8C9 status vehicles – purchase value.
9055 Demonstrator Stock
8A9 status vehicles – with a model code of
Demo/Courtesy/Hire.
9059 Demonstrator Clearing
Zero balance account – Imbalance usually caused by selling
a new vehicle to used for self supply demonstrators at a
different sales/cost value. This is a wash through account
and any balance must be resolved through the VSB system.
9060 Used Vehicle Stock
8A9 status vehicles – purchase value.
9061 Used Vehicle Depn.... Reserve
The value of depreciation recorded on the Purchase Brief
page by amending the Adjusted Stock field.
9062 Over Allowance Clearing A/c
Zero balance account – Imbalance is either a used vehicle
direct purchase where there is a difference between the
purchase price and the stock value, or where a part
exchange vehicle and the prime sale have status codes that
are not consistent.- prime vehicle should have a status of 8I9
and the part exchange should have status of 8A9. The
vehicles should be corrected via VSB.
9064 Used Vehicle Other Stock
The value of miscellaneous stock for work done to a vehicle
which is still in stock.
9335 VSB Sales Ledger Contra
This represents the value of vehicles where the invoice has
been produced but the Account Status is less than 8I9. The
vehicle must be corrected via VSB by either invoicing or
deleting the outstanding lines.
9337 VSB Used Car Vat Margin Susp.
This represents the VAT margin of any vehicles where the
invoice has been produced but the Account Status is less
than 8I9. The vehicle must be corrected via VSB by either
invoicing or deleting the outstanding lines.
9422 VSB Default Bank Account
Zero balance account – This is a system bank account and
any balance must be investigated immediately.
9503 Consignment Creditor
This is contra entry for all vehicles at 8C9 status.
9504 VSB PL Contra - Used
Zero balance account – This represents any used vehicle
where the Account Status is 8A9 but the Purchase Invoice
has not been printed. Alternatively the Purchase Invoice
may have been printed but the used vehicle status is less
than 8A9.
