Progress Codes
Introduction
The Progress Code is a useful reporting option, for the Vehicle Admin department, to identify a vehicle9s
availability/location. There is a standard list of codes available but this can be easily added to for greater
reporting flexibility.
Note – any new codes added to this list must also be updated on the relevant Account Status Code(s), to ensure
compatibility when quoted on a vehicle record. On the Account Status, there is a field to specify the valid
Progress Codes that may be used, at that status.
These codes do not have any accounting implications; they are purely for reporting purposes.
