Account Status Codes
Introduction
The Account Status Code is a crucial link in the integration process between the Vehicle Stockbooks and the
Accounts Modules.
The Master Posting Tables detail every required Status Code and what accounting entries are required at that
point in time. The Status Code is updated on the vehicle record, identity page, to reflect the appropriate stage of
the vehicle9s life cycle. The majority of changes are made manually but some changes, such as invoicing the
vehicle, are made automatically by the system.
