Parts team must be trained accordingly. Merely the changes may affect their routine operations in terms of invoicing. Thus, dealers will have to be invoice
differently from Branches. Whoever is going to do stock transfer cannot print dealer’s invoices on the same machine. Dealer’s invoices can be printed by
one or more operators on the same machine. But Branches transfer operator cannot use the same machine to trade dealers.
Products / Categories must be setup in a live environment before kickoff day.
All these plans required one full day to complete. Should business decide any day we can complete this task.
