Loan
17. Introduction
When the customer returns the loan car, relevant details are recorded e.g. new mileage, fuel level and
any new damage to the vehicle. These details allow appropriate charges to be made if required. In
addition, another form is also printed to document the date and time the customer relinquished
responsibility for the vehicle. Both the loan commencement and loan completion form are very
important documents as they record who was responsible for the vehicle at any given time. This
