STEP 3
Once the details regarding the loan car status have been recorded, click on the
8Driver9 button on the toolbar.
This will open up the window below where details of the driver can be recorded.
Details recorded here include the drivers9 licence number, convictions, previous
accidents and insurance company details if the driver is using their own insurance.
STEP 4
Finally, the 8Print9 button on the toolbar can be used to print a loan car agreement form
which, must be signed by the customer prior to the loan commencing.
Once the document is complete, the 8Start9 button the toolbar is clicked….
….which will record the vehicle as now being on loan. This can be confirmed as the
booking diary will now show the relevant cells in red.
Exercise
From the previous exercise, receive the customer9s vehicle and
commence the loan of the loan car.
