Any damage currently on the loan car needs recording. This is done by clicking on
any of the lines in the 8Damage9 grid.
This will open up the Vehicle Damage Assessment window as shown below
Clicking any area of the diagrammatic vehicle will enable various damage codes to be
selected that affect the relevant area. These codes are then recorded against the
vehicle. Should the loan car show a code that no longer applies as the defect has
been rectified, clicking on the appropriate area and clicking on the ticked code
(scratched, dented etc) will remove the tick and the relevant entry in the damage list.
