the Loan
16. Introduction
When the customer arrives, the loaning of the loan car can begin. The Autoline system requires a form
to be printed and signed by the customer before the loan can commence. This is vitally important as it
documents the date and time the customer became responsible for the vehicle. Other details are
recorded at this time to allow appropriate charges to be made should this be required.
