The booking diary screen also shows the group that each loan cars belongs. The CRM
module can also store this field against customers, and this is displayed on the
booking diary screen across the title bar of the window, next to the customer name.
This allows the correct type of loan car to be allocated to the customer (e.g. loan cars
up to a certain level could be free of charge for a particular customer. Allocating a loan
car from a higher group than shown against the customer will result in a charge being
made). If the customer record holds no loan car group, a fee is charged based on a
look up table.
The bottom area on the booking diary screen shows any previous loan car booking for
the customer currently loaded on the WIP.
To allocate a loan car, click in the cell relating to the required date and vehicle. The
screenshot below shows a booking about to be made for loan car registration
