11. Introduction
As both parts and labour lines are displayed on the WIP screen, it is important to be able to identify
which parts will appear on the invoice. Even though service users have restricted ability to amend part
lines, a little knowledge of the progress status codes is required. A costing clerk will then know which
parts have been issued to the job as opposed to perhaps being on order.
