The text line will appear on the WIP as a labour line as shown below
To edit this line once load to the WIP, double click on the line number to open the
dialogue box again.
STEP 4
There is a general purpose text based RTS code opens up an empty text box so any
message can be keyed in. The RTS code is 8NOTES9. This is such a commonly used
code, a shortcut to it exists on the toolbar in the main WIP screen.
This opens a blank box where the text can be entered.
Once the required text is entered, click on the 8Load to WIP9 button to insert the line to
the WIP. Note the 8Fixed width9 tick marks are displayed, the 8Not printed9 section will
only appear on a jobcard whereas the 8Printed9 area will appear on both a jobcard and
subsequent invoice.
