Tips and Shortcuts
Autoline Revision 8 is a windows based system, therefore some of shortcuts that are used in
other windows based systems for example Microsoft applications can also be applied in
Autoline. One example of a shortcut method is as follows. Select some text in a field and right
click with your mouse on the text, this generally provides you with a shortcut menu. The
shortcut menu enables you access a number of functions. An example of a shortcut menu is
displayed below:
The following section is a list of possible tips and shortcuts which will assist you in your use of
the Autoline System.
Shortcut Keys
Some of the keys on the keyboard have a particular significance when used within the Autoline
System. These are known as the SHORTCUT keys.
Note: The type of terminal emulation and the release number of KCML will change the use of
the TAB,
, and SHIFT and TAB keys. Please read on to see how the keys will relate
to you.
Some of the most useful SHORTCUT keys are as follows:
