STEP 1
From the main WIP screen, load up the required WIP. This can be done by keying the
WIP number directly into the WIP number box …
… or by using the search tool.
STEP 2
Once the WIP has been identified and loaded, click on the 8Codes9 tab. This will open
the following detail.
Clicking on the drop down arrow next to the 8Car Park9 field will offer a list of possible
locations, an example is shown below.
Select the appropriate location e.g. 8CP9 This will update the box accordingly. In this
example, the options are:

The vehicle is not in the dealership
CP
The vehicle is in the dealership car park (CP) and
currently 12 of 999 spaces have been used.
Save the WIP back by using the 8Save9 button on the toolbar.
