The WIP search tool opens up as below
A number of search 8methods9 can be used to locate the WIP
Order Number
The order number quoted in the 8Order9 tab.
Registration
The registration number of the vehicle
Account Code
The Sales Ledger account number.
Date due in
Looks at the 8Due In9 date on the 8Order9 tab
Contact
Looks at the contact name recorded on the 8Order9 tab
Loc’n
This is the 8Car Park9 field on the 8Codes9 tab
Any text
Searches on any text (including numbers) on the WIP header. This
could be a customer name, telephone number, postcode etc.
Creation date
Searches for WIPs created between specified dates
