Notes or text lines can be added at this stage if required. A note can be added by
clicking on the 8Notes9 icon of the WIP toolbar –
This opens a box where appropriate notes can be added –
Any text entered in the 8Printed9 area will appear on both a jobcard and the subsequent
invoice. Text in the 8Not printed9 area will only appear on a jobcard, not on the invoice.
Autoline also has a number of predefined messages which can be used. These are
grouped together under the short name 8REPORT9 and a sample of these is shown
below-
