STEP 3
After the required code is selected, the Labour Details Page opens –
This screen is where five initial elements may be amended as required, but as some
fields are priority controlled, not all users will be able to make alterations. The five
elements important at this stage are:
Time Allowed
This may already have a value if using manufacturer RTS codes and
can only be amended if a user has the appropriate access level. If
activated, a second time allowed box may display. In these
circumstances, the left time allowed box is used to enter the time
allowed that will be charged to the customer, the second box is the
time allowed that will be used to calculate the technician efficiency
Description
The text that will appear on the jobcard and ultimately, the final
invoice. This can be amended at each stage if necessary.
Labour Rate
The account number on the WIP will dictate which rate will be used
but this can be changed. As this field is priority controlled, only
authorised users will be able to amend this.
Labour Discount As with the labour rate, the discount is also dictated by the account
on the WIP. Again, this field is also priority controlled.
Status
The 8P9rogress status of the line is amended at various stages
throughout process. Valid status codes are:
M - Memo. This has no implication to the system.
C - Complete. The line is ready to invoice
H - Hold. The line is awaiting the start of work.
D - Delete. The line has been deleted. It will display in grey on the WIP screen.
1 - Lost Sale 1 – Lost sale due to lead time
2 - Lost Sale 2 – Lost sale due to price
Additional status codes may be used if the Workshop Loading module is being used.
