30. Introduction
In many instances, work may arise that needs to be carried out by an external supplier. This can
include work such as MOT, windscreen repairs, body repairs, tyre supply and fitment, etc.
Autoline provides a full set of tools to manage Sublet work, treating them in many ways as standard
labour lines.
The purpose of raising and supplying a Purchase Order for sublet work is to ensure that the supplier
has a formal request for the work and that the department has a complete audit trail of all sublet work
carried out, which can be tracked through its various stages.
