Pro Forma Invoices
29. Introduction
Pro-forma invoices allow the production of a 8dummy9 invoice prior to printing a final tax invoice.
This facility is particularly useful when talking a customer through an invoice as negotiations
may change the final cost. These changes can then be made to the WIP without having to raise
a credit note.
The lines to be included on the Pro-forma must all be completed and ready for invoice.
