28. Introduction
Autoline is capable of saving details of any estimates given to customers. This allows the estimate WIP
to be quickly re-loaded and converted into a true job if required. If the CRM module is being fully utilised
it is easily possible to track which customers have had estimates produced so they can be followed up
as required.
