Full credit notes are used when all lines need to be credited on a job in order to be reinvoiced to a different account. As a result this method is not suitable for any WIP
where Split (multiple) invoicing has been used.
Labour and Parts lines can be present on a full credit note, but this will not return any
parts to stock, only the Parts department has the priority to return parts to stock.
The most common reason to raise a full credit note is where the original invoice has
been raised to the wrong account. It is then necessary to credit this account and reinvoice the work to the correct account.
Load the required WIP.
Check that the account on the WIP is the same as the one on the invoice to be
credited.
