It is also possible to apply a split across multiple lines, rather than splitting each line
separately. In order to create a split across multiple lines, the lines to be split first
need to be allocated either a W code or a Menu code, as displayed below
In this example, the Menu code has been used, but either column can be used to
select the relevant lines.
Note: Details on how to enter Menu or W codes can be found from section 33
Once the appropriate lines have been selected, right click on the grey 8Totals9
heading……
….. which opens up the following screen
In this example, we would then click on the drop down in the Menu code box …..
….. and select menu code 01
This will then allow us to perform the split as described earlier. Then click OK to
apply the split across all the lines.
