With the customer and vehicle details loaded, change the sales ledger account (on the
account tab) to the account you wish to link to the vehicle.
With the new Sales Ledger account loaded a yellow warning triangle button will
appear next to the Account code field.
Clicking on this button will open a box asking for confirmation that you wish to change
the vehicle Sales ledger account. Taking the Yes option will update the Vehicle CRM
record with the new account. Selecting No will only use the account for the current
WIP.
Exercise
Vehicle N55PWJ currently has the Service Cash Account
attached to the vehicle record.
Using one of the two methods detailed above, change the
attached Sales Ledger account to PHH.
