STEP 1
Load the required vehicle into a WIP using the customer search tool.
This will load up the required vehicle, but also load up the currently linked customer.
As this customer is no longer the correct one, use the customer search tool to now
look for the new customer.
STEP 2
If the new customer does not exist, a new record can be created using the 8Customer9
button in the Customer Word Search box
For further details on creating customers, see 05.008.01.L1 Creating New Customer
If the customer does exist in the database, select the record from the Customer
Search box as shown overleaf.
