STEP 4
The Customer Details screen will now be displayed. You should capture as much
information as possible from the customer, particularly in regard to telephone
numbers and the source of business. If details of the customer9s company are
known, clicking on the 8Linked to company:9 search tool will allow the newly created
customer to be linked to a company record if this exists. Should it not exist, the
company record can be created at this point.
Once the customer details have been captured, click on the Save button to
complete the process.
Once the details have been saved the system will prompt for contact telephone
number to use for the customer on this WIP.
