STEP 2
Once the Cancel option has been taken the Customer Word Search screen will be
displayed with the Company/Customer/Vehicle create options enabled. Take the
Customer option as detailed above.
Taking the Customer create option will open up the Location default screen. Select
the correct location to 8own9 the record from the list and click on the OK button.
STEP 3
To aid in the speed of capturing new customer details, the system may be fitted with
the Postcode lookup tool, which will now prompt for the customers9 full postcode.
Once the postcode has been entered, the tool will display a list of house numbers &
names. Select the correct one from the list and click 8OK9.
The correct postal address for the customer will now be displayed and can be
amended/corrected as required. Click 8OK9 to accept the address details.
