Take Deposit –
Linked to VSB
Introduction
When recording a deposit it is possible to update the VSB record, as long as the customer CRM record has been
completed. This is the link between the two records.
The deposit is taken as normal, but on the second screen it is possible to display a drop down list of vehicles the
customer is linked to. By selecting the required vehicle and processing the deposit, the value is updated on the
financial tab of the vehicle record.
