Print Statements
Introduction
The production of customer statements is built around a Print Statements selection form. By selecting various
sequences, ranges and masks at the time of printing, it is possible to specify many different combinations in order
to print highly specific batches of Statements.
Statements for consolidated statements are run separately from the main Statement option.
Once printed, the copy statement can be accessed from the Sales Ledger enquiry option – Display Account
Details. From the Financial tab, a list of archived statements can be viewed and the appropriate statement
selected. The details may be viewed, printed or faxed using the Document Retrieval function.
