The account details confirmed at the set up stage are displayed for information purposes on the first tab.
The arrow keys
allow scrolling forwards and backwards through the Account numbers or alphabetically
through the Shortname details.
Active buttons:-
Exit to leave the enquiry function and return to the menu.
Gives access to the Help files.
Gives access to the CRM module.
Selecting the Print button effectively produces a mini statement of the Transactions
screen.
Displays Casefile information.
The ability to mail balance or transaction details to another system user.
