This is the stage where the suspense postings made at the registered stage are reanalysed to the true nominal accounts.
Enter or search for the nominal account.
Suffix is forced if the selected account is suffix controlled.
Narrative is optional, but extremely useful for future reference.
Value – goods value to be analysed.
STEP 5
When the full goods value has been re-analysed, the Post button will be enabled.
Click Post, to complete the process.
STEP 6
Repeat the process for additional documents to be passed for payment.
When complete Click Exit.
Confirm exit.
STEP 7
Select to print daybooks or exit.
Confirm re-print or exit.
