As the payment amount is less than the outstanding figure, the Unallocated value is
showing a balance.
This can be handled by using the Analyse button.
STEP 5
Click Analyse and the following screen is displayed:
Is the value to be posted as discount or write off?
Enter the required value in the appropriate field and click OK.
