Option Buttons
In addition to the four main screen areas described above, there are seven icons available on the screen.
Icon
Description
New Line
Opens a blank 8Edit Purchase Line9 window and allows you to manually
add lines to an order
Header
Opens the Purchase Order header file and displays the window, allows
you to create, view or edit Purchase Order Headers
Print Cleared
Linked to a standard report, normally the 8Print Cleared Back Orders9
report
Reverse
Reverses the order in which the Purchase Transaction lines are
displayed
Refresh
Manually refreshes the on-screen information
Help
Open the standard ADP help screens
