The Stock Card/History tabs
Once the selection has been made and the associated lines are visible in the window, it is possible to use the
Stock card/History tabs to access further information about individual lines. This is done by highlighting one
order line in the window with a single mouse click.
You will be notice that certain summary information about the part is displayed in the Stock card tab, although the
full stock record can be accessed by selecting the button marked More which will take the operator into the stock
record card for that line.
If the History tab is selected, the tab displays a bar graph of the history on either the movement or requests data
held on the stock record of this part, the bar graph covers the current period and the last 12 months.
You can also have Supersession information shown within Purchase control, by setting the screen resolution of
the PC to 1024 x 764, the ADP logo normally seen to the right of the stock card and history tabs will be replaced
by 8From9 and 8To9 supersession information.
