The Action Area
The Action area of the screen is where the activity that may be performed on individual lines is selected, and
there are 8 toolbar selection options to control this.
Before selecting any individual line for action, it is first necessary to select the action that is to take place.
For example, when you need to edit an order line, first you identify and display the required line using the
selection facility, and then you select the action that is to take place on the line by selecting the required action
from the dropdown menu. From that point it is possible to double click the order line within the main display area,
this will then carry out that action on the line you have selected.
The currently selected action is displayed directly below the selection area.

It is also possible to select an Action type by right-clicking in the 8St9 column for the line you wish to action, a dropdown menu will display all the valid Actions available for than line. You must be aware that once selected, the line
will be actioned; for example if you right click on a line and select 8Delete9 the line will be immediately deleted.
While this option allows you to rapidly action specific lines, care should be taken when it is used. The selected
action will also become active and display in the Action Area, any lines now double-clicked on will be actioned in
the same way
