STEP 8
To Generate an actual order click in the action type Generate, then see Step 10.
STEP 9
To produce a Suggested order leave the Generate field empty, then see Step 10.
STEP 10
To take the selected action click on the Process button.
STEP 11
The required action will be taken with the Actual or Suggested Order being displayed
or printed.
If Generate was taken a Purchase Order header will be created in Purchase Control
and the appropriate lines generated and attached to the order number. Details of the
order number, number of lines and value will be displayed or printed (depending on
the option taken).
