Batch Amend Contract Pricing
Utilising the 8set-up9 screen layout, the batch amend tool allows for very quick editing of contract
price agreements.
One area of caution in using this tool is that the Contract Prices and Breaks 1, 3 & 5 refer to
Contract Agreement 1, while Contract Prices and Breaks 2, 4 & 6 refer to Contract Agreement
2.
Contract Reminders
This option is designed to prompt you when contracts are due for renewal. The results can
either be printed or displayed on screen, and prompts allow for all accounts or a specific Sales
Ledger account to be used, and for the contacts that expire within a set number of days to be
displayed.
