Single picking
note
When printing picking slips on the system, it is possible to print all items on a WIP that
require picking regardless of them having been printed on a previous picking slip. For
this to be the case, the parameter should be set to 'N'. If however you only want new
items added to a WIP to appear on subsequent picking slips then this parameter should
be set to ''. This is normally set to '' to avoid double selection if further part numbers
are added to a WIP.
Print to follow
items
If you wish to notify customers of parts that have been ordered on their invoice, then this
parameter should be set to ''. The system will print the part number and quantity
ordered on the invoice, with the text " ON ORDER" against each ordered line. If items to
follow are not required on invoices then this parameter should be set to 'N'.
Menus on
Inv/Crn
This parameter controls the amount of detail shown on invoices and credit notes for
fixed menu priced items. With this parameter set to 'N' for No, the printing of the
additional un-priced lines can be suppressed. Only the printing is suppressed. All
postings and updates are performed as normal.
