On selecting the Transaction Enquiry, the system requires confirmation of which transaction file to interrogate.
The default of Current restricts the enquiry to the current period9s information.
Archived transactions – will look at transactions that have been archived within the current financial year.
Previous year – will look at previous financial years.
All files – will look at current, archive and previous files by Cost Centre or Expense Code.
Selection Criteria:
Selections may be restricted by Posting date.
As an alternative to the posting date, the Period may be selected. 8A9 – All, 8C9 – Current, 8P9 – Previous or 8F9 –
Future.
The Cost Centre and Expense Code are also available for selection. The mask facility of 8*9 may be used if
required.
